Whenever people ask me the optimized way to make money online from their website I suggest them using 3 things combined:
Adsense
Kontera
One or two links from any of the text link buying program like TNX or text link ads
I suggest these three things together because in my opinion none of them eat up the revenue from the other programs. Kontera is proved not to reduce the Adsense earnings. And, text link ads are hardly clicked. They are there for the SEO benefit only.
